Dallas Association of Realtists

Florida has been a licensed Realtor for over twenty six years and currently works with Century 21 Galloway-Herron, where she was awarded “Rookie of the year” her first year in the Century 21 System, and remained one of it’s the top producers’ during Florida’s tenure as a member of Dallas Association of Realtist (DAR), she has diligently served as an elected officer and worked her way up the ranks to become the 2011 President.   Florida has overseen many of the various community service and education projects such as Dallas Realtist week activities.  Florida has Presided over and chaired Women’s Council of DAREB, an extended organization of DAR.   In earlier years, she instituted and chaired the first Prayer Breakfast for the Women’s Council, then introduced a Scholarship Program.   She also served as corresponding secretary for the National Association of Real Estate Brokers’ Women’s Council.   On the state level she served as an elected officer in the positions of Secretary, Assistant Secretary of Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers(TAREB), co-chaired  TAREB’s Annual Conferences and is a current member of TAREB the Board of Directors.    Mrs. Henderson is a problem solver, works well with others, and believes in getting the job done!
